We extended a portion of the first floor, carefully designing the addition to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure and enhance the overall layout of the home. This extension provided additional living space, adding to the comfort and functionality of the residence.
As part of the project, we also replaced and installed a new roof for the residential part of the house, ensuring improved protection and a refreshed appearance. In addition, we constructed a rear extension featuring a suspended roof, which added a unique architectural element and expanded the usable space.
The project also included a complete interior renovation of the house. This involved refurbishing six bathrooms with modern fixtures and finishes, updating the electrical systems to meet current standards, and overhauling the plumbing to ensure efficiency and reliability. Additionally, we installed new staircases, enhancing both the safety and aesthetic appeal of the home’s interior.
