Project Outcome
This project involved a complete internal and external refurbishment of a large residential property in Leatherhead, Surrey. The scope of works covered every aspect of the home — from structural alterations and a raised roof, through full interior reconstruction, to extensive landscaping of the surrounding grounds.
Internally, the house was fully stripped back and rebuilt. We delivered new bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, upgraded staircases, new flooring throughout, and a complete overhaul of all electrical and plumbing systems. The loft space and roof structure were reconstructed and upgraded, improving both functionality and energy performance.
Externally, the property was given a new architectural identity. The facade was redesigned and finished with a striking front portico and columns, creating a strong, elegant entrance. Both the front and rear elevations were rebuilt and refined, significantly enhancing the overall appearance of the house.
The outdoor works were equally extensive. The rear garden was completely redesigned with terraces, paved patios, steps, pathways, lawns and a central water feature. A bespoke garden house and a private tennis court were also constructed, creating a truly premium outdoor living and leisure space. To the front, we delivered a new driveway, entrance gates with masonry pillars, and upgraded the side garage to match the main building.
