  • Structural integration of the garage beneath the main living area
  • Enhanced energy efficiency through full window replacement
  • Renewed roof covering for improved durability and appearance

Project overview

The project included the adaptation of an existing garage located beneath the main residential part of the house, involving significant structural works to ensure seamless integration with the rest of the property. This allowed the space to be better utilised while improving the overall layout of the home.

In addition, we constructed two orangery-style extensions, each designed to enhance the internal living space and strengthen the connection between the house and the garden. The extensions were carefully planned to blend with the existing architecture, creating bright, functional interiors while maintaining a consistent external appearance.

As part of the wider scope of works, we also completed a full replacement of all windows throughout the property, improving energy efficiency, security and visual coherence. The project was finished with a complete roof covering replacement, providing the home with a refreshed appearance and improved long-term durability.

The completed works delivered a substantial improvement in space, comfort and performance, creating a cohesive and well-balanced home environment.
